NORMAN — Oklahoma fell one spot to No. 10 in the latest AP Top 25 poll, released Sunday.
The Sooners beat Iowa State 42-41 on Saturday. Oklahoma was coming off a bye week and trying to bounce back from a 48-41 loss to Kansas State.
Around the Big 12, Baylor fell back one spot to No. 12, Texas entered the poll at No. 22 after a win over Kansas State. Oklahoma State, who was on a bye this week, also entered the poll, coming in at No. 25. Kansas State, who was up to No. 20 last week, fell out of the poll.
Oklahoma takes on Baylor in Waco, Texas, on Saturday.
LSU hung on to the top spot after beating Alabama. Ohio State and Clemson each moved up one spot to Nos. 2 and 3 respectively. Alabama fell to No. 4 and Georgia moved up to No. 5.
Oregon, Minnesota, Utah and Penn State make up the rest of the top 10 ahead of Oklahoma.
