this had me thinking of what kind of tortures have you heard of or know of and where would you rank them
I've heard of breaking fingers, cutting off limbs, burying alive, burning, etc...
I've experienced one torture and that was being hung upside down for a few hours with getting beaten with rods/sticks in between.
When I was in prison I've also heard this one dude who was only allowed to sleep for one hour a day for a few weeks. If he fell asleep they would beat him up.
There was a military guy in there who said the military laid him on ice for 12 hours a day naked for about a week or so. He didn't tell anyone what his crime was but that seems really bad.
