2. Do you use the same supplement for cardio and weight work?
3. Where do you buy (GNC, elsewhere), any side-effects
Just turned 52 and run 2-3 x/week & do fitness/weight work 2-3 x/week. I feel like I"m in good shape/physical fitness for my age, but am finding it more and more difficult to get going. I've never used any supplements, so have no idea what to look for. Not looking to build huge muscle, just something to give me a burst/energy to help with workouts in order to stay in shape. Appreciate the feedback.
