Bacon burnt ends & brisket for me and my family...

Burnt ends made from pork belly I cured a few weeks ago were STUPIDLY delicious...

Brisket was a prime from Costco, used the ‘Franklin tallow hack’... and WOW...does the tallow make a BIG difference!!

last pic here doesn’t fully reflect it... but this is the flat, and it’s MUCH more tender than usual due to the added beef tallow when I wrapped in butcher paper...
