Used to be I could depend on tuning my car radio to 92.5 and I would hear Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Creedence Clear Water, Marvin Gaye, Pink Floyd, The Who or sundry other 60s and 70s bands. Within the last few months I've noticed every time I tune in now I hear crap like Billy Joel, Lionel Richie, and the B-52s. One day I literally heard Lionel Richie 3 times throughout the day. Once is too much. Just turned off my radio cause they were playing Love Shack by the B-52s. They've completely gone away from 60s and 70s. Does anyone know if there is a station in OKC that plays 60s and 70s anymore? I'm done with 92.5. I guess they've decided the 40 to 50 year olds spend more money than I do. I'm thinking I'm going to have to subscribe to Sirius XM to hear real rock and roll. We are seeing the passing of the generation of true rock and roll.
