OT: Stats - TFL v Sacks

I am trying to watch as much of the action as I can this evening. A couple of times I have heard the announcers referring to what I think is a sack as a TFL. So, I am wondering if a sack, by definition, is also a TFL? I had just assumed that a tackle behind the line of scrimmage of a running back (or receiver) was a TFL, but, never thought about the QB getting tackled behind the line of scrimmage.

So, the question is whether a tackle of the QB behind the line of scrimmage is both a sack and a TFL?
