so I'm in Paris, France, this week with my daughter. After seeing a comedy show, we are eating at a small Italian restaurant (seats maybe 10 people) , a Tratoria, and my daughter says; "look an OU shirt", I look towards the door and a girl and a guy probably in their early 20's are walking in. The young lady is wearing an OU Sooners Football t-shirt.
They sit down next to us and I ask if they are American, well in fact they were not. They were German. The young man said his brother moved to Oklahoma and he has family their and they all love Oklahoma and the Sooner Football team. His quote was "Oklahoma is a great state with great nice people". Made me proud to be from Oklahoma.
Pretty small world and I found it pretty interesting.
