OT: Red Flag law gets 1st innocent American killed.

I say innocent because this 61 yr. old male from Maryland had no criminal record that disallowed him from owning his fire arm. This law is extremely dangerous and will get law abiding citizens as well as the police killed.

EDIT...For those that agree this is a good start, understand numerous innocent Americans and Police will get killed because of this law...and likely not stop a single homicide. If I were a criminal/thief I'd be calling to get the next house I rob to clear and make the home safe of fire arms that could stop me from my illegal doings. Law is totally unconsitutional and sickening at every level. Person waving "Red Flag" is totally anonymous, meaning cops have ability to confiscate any home owner from their gun/guns. Horrible Horrible unconsitutional law!
