OT: OU vs Texas game time

So for how long I can remember OU vs Texas has been at 11 or 2:30. With it being on Fox this year, could Fox push it to 7 to make it a prime time slot for them or are they required to make it a day game? I know a few years back it was at 11 and on Fox but OU and Texas had multiple losses coming into the game.
