OT: NFL penalties?

I don’t watch much NFL anymore, so I’m not sure if this is the norm now days but those two penalties, the roughing the passer and the offensive pass interference were two of the biggest BS calls I’ve ever seen.

Is the NFL normally this bad at calling penalties?
