OT: Need New Cell Phone Suggestions

I have carried Android for the past 5 years. Had an iPhone before that. Currently sporting Galaxy S5, but my Next contract is up so it's time to switch.

Any recommendations? That new Nexxus looks pretty sweet. The new iPhone looks exactly like the old iPhone, so is it worth considering?
