I was hauling a couple of three thousand gallon water tanks down that awful westbound section of I 240 east of I 35. Had them strapped down tight but I thought they might literally bounce right off the trailer. One strap came loose and had to pull over to secure the load once I got west of 35. It’s been like this for YEARS. Just terrible.
