Interesting that KD can be 2nd in the NBA and 1 behind LeBron in earnings even though he is in OKC. The small market argument doesn't hold water from a financial standpoint.
Kobe is 10th in LA, Carmelo in NY and CP3 and Blake in LA are significantly behind KD as well.
