I believe that some of these products work while I realize others may not think that they do. Anyways, here are my favorites that have boosted my mpg and engine smoothness:
Sea Foam (can add to crankcase and gasoline)
PetrolNanofusion (gasoline)
Liquid Moly engine flush to the crankcase a few minutes before oil changes
My 2011 Acura RL with 94K miles purrs like a sewing machine and gets 28 - 29.5 mpg on the highway. It is rated 24/17.
