Any of you take part in some type of Fasting, whether it be intermittent, long term, religious, or random? I've found that intermittent fasting is a great way to balance your blood sugar and decrease feelings of low energy after a sugar or carb spike. I also have reduced my carb intake greatly.
I know some other have taken part in a diet change recently. Curious as I've been seeing some gains in strength that I wouldn't have expected while reducing Carb intake and fasting for 24 hrs every few days.
