OT: EEG test

Tomorrow I have to go in and be admitted for an EEG test… I have epilepsy and I’ll have to stay overnight. This is the second time in the past 5 years I’ve had to have one of these tests done. I’m a naturally nervous person and this time for some reason I feel more nervous. Are there any drs or anyone else who’s had one of these tests be able to talk me down a little?? Haha
