OT: Drones

Hello Fellow Scoopers,

For years, me and my boys have enjoyed the world of RC cars, while not getting into legitimate league type racing, we spend a significant amount of time bashing around and an even greater amount of time fixing what we break. However, I am looking at getting into the world of drones as a hobby and legitimate professional use also.

Here is what I am looking for:

Durability, I do not want to be engaged in constant repairs.
Increased flight times.
Powerful camera for professional use in documenting a building slated to be built in the near future (and yes spying on hot milf's at the beach).
Easy controls, stability, and easy enough to take off and land.
High range and control-ability is line of site is blocked.

This is a total new word too me, but want to get in with a high enough level of product that a month in I am not already wishing I had gotten something better. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated or "look fors" in anything I have missed.

Side Note: The project of recording a building going up is paramount as I will be documenting ground breaking to the facility being opened. Will take all footage and run it through my video editing software (previously only used for my PornHub channel; don't @ me).
