Hammered. Guilty on 18 of 36 counts. Most severe counts, including 5-6 1st degree rape charges. Feel horrible for his parents. I've known Daniel since he was 16. He was 3 years older than my son and they played football together @ Enid High. Daniel is the career leading tackler @ Eastern Michigan I believe. His Father has been an Enid Police Captain for years. One of the finest men I've known in Enid. Tragic, tragic story. I know both the lead prosecutor and lead defense attorney. I'm not surprised at all about the verdicts.
