OT: Dallas/Ft. Worth Steak Restaurants

So, against all advice my wife and I celebrated our 40th anniversary at Ruth's Chris in Ft. Worth. We were very disappointed. For example, the card they gave us was apparently the one they give to their employees who last a year: "Thanks for all your hard work".

Any other suggestions?
