What a surprise!

That's bayou justice for you. Can you imagine the pressure put on the crime victim to just forget about it so LSU can have a chance at a championship this year?

Three members of LSU's football team could have their legal issues resolved soon.

Quarterback Anthony Jennings, defensive back Dwayne Thomas and defensive lineman Maquedius Bain are likely to have criminal charges against them dropped because the victim has decided not to press charges, Hillar Moore III, district attorney of East Baton Rouge Parish, told reporters Wednesday.

The three players, along with three others, are accused of destroying locks and a door frame and taking three pairs of shoes that belonged to Nicholas Anderson, according to a police report of the June 12 incident. They were charged with unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. Thomas was also charged with simple burglary.
