What are you all going to eat?
Tonight family is coming over for Christmas so we are just going to do our dinner this evening.
I have the smoker fired up, and have since about 4 this morning.
Smoking a Pork Butt, for pulled pork; Log of Bologna, Deer Smoked Sausage, Turkey Breast, Smoked Beans (baked beans) Smoked eggs to make devilled eggs. Finally some hot links.
Also going with some potato salad, pasta salad, and corn on the cob.
Would smoke corn as well if it wasn't the frozen store bought variety. Couldn't find any farm fresh sweet corn.
Pork Butt and Turkey Breast have been cooking at 250 since 4 AM. Should be ready by 4 or 5 PM. Just put the beans on, the smoker. About an hour before Pork Butt is done I'll put the rest on.
