Have never been to Montana or the Dakotas, so looking for advice on best places to have a family vacation in July or August. Looking for great hiking and fishing, and my wife, daughter and daughter-in-law will probably want to ride horses. Not interested in camping for this trip, would rather spend extra money for nice accommodations, but I want to avoid touristy, crowded places. Would be flying in and renting vehicles for the whole family and there will probably be about 10 of us.
Yes I could do some research myself, but everyone is getting paid to promote stuff now and so I don't trust a lot of what I see online about travel destinations. Thanks in advance.
