I'm a bbq and grill guy. Or so I believe. I live in Los Angeles and have primarily my Weber 22-inch smoker and even the Weber Grill for smoking/gilling. I've gotten good at it. But my limited space backyard has become cluttered because of it. Also have an electric smoker. Too much. Wife wants to gentrify and simplify my pad and get a nice ceramic smoker. I cook mostly brisket, pork ribs, and tri-tip. I like to use charcoal/pecan mix. Which one - BGE, Primo XL or other? If you've only had your smoker for 2 months please don't comment. Only ceramics.
