OSU refuses to give Hill (there best player) any touches and the K-State quarterback wouldn’t start at Bixby. He’s currently 4-14 for 29 yards and just took a sack at the end of the half that allowed the last 10 seconds to run off so they couldn’t kick the chip shot field goal.
