According to our current roster, here's how our OL looks. We have lost 9 guys, assuming Parks enters. We have 4 current 2024 commits, but hopefully 5 if we add Eddie on the 15th. So far, we have only gotten one transfer; obviously, we will get more, but how many? The current roster would not be ready for the Big 12, let alone the SEC. We are doomed if we can't get at least 2-4 quality transfers with a lot of experience. That is the bare minimum; in my opinion, I'm all for letting the young guys play and letting them prove themselves, but not when there aren't a few defined veterans in the room.
Current Roster: Kenneth Wermy, Jake Taylor, Christian Smith, Jacob Sexton, Heath Ozaeta, Ty Kubicek, Logan Howland, Troy Everett, Drew Batt, Joshua Bates, Gunnar Allen
Transferring in: Spencer Brown (Michigan State)
2024 Commits: Josh Aisosa, Daniel Akinkunmi, Isaiah Autry, Eugene Brooks
Leaving: OL Savion Byrd, Aaryn Parks (expected but not announced), Nate Anderson, Walter Rouse, McKade Mettauer, Caleb Shaffer, Andrew Raym, Tyler Guyton, Cayden Green
I apologize if I left anyone out. I just want to hear everyone's opinion on how many transfers you all think we need to feel ok about the line going into next year.
