Reviewing what transpired back when the Sooner Scoop called out Boren in Lawton. What did they report that was inaccurate? They said it would be delayed. It wasn't. They said no bond money would be used . It was. However I am sure that could have changed. As far as the design I don't remember 2 plazas. Wasn't the west side always a year later? I really can't remember everything. Somebody get me up to snuff.
