This will be interesting to see how it works out. Knowles was a good DC, but his defense was mega successful this year because OSU's defense had over 400 starts of experience in his system, and the QB play in the Big12 this year was pretty mediocre (at best). Lets not pretend OSU has been a defensive juggernaut for the past 3 or 4 years, and thus its very likely that this year's performance was the outlier for his system, and I'll be very surprised if he replicates the defensive success of this year even at a program as talent rich as Ohio State.
