Nice first series. That first play looked like the Oline had a breakdown but after that looked pretty good
D looks good and we got off the field. The OU Dline is going to not allow teams to rush just like in the early Stoops/Venables D.
Love seeing Jaden Davis get a do-over. Guy has talent just a bit undersized.
Wow D looks like Stoops/Venables early defenses. Aggressive and great anticipation from the players. We havent seen that in years
Havent seen this kind of aggressiveness on D in years.
Work to do in zone coverage but the effort is relentless so definitely something we can live with.
UTEP made a few adjustments with their playcalling. OU not blitzing, playing very vanilla on D.. UTEP qb can throw the ball
UTEP at the half has completed at a 70% rate. Hopefully BV makes the adjustments at the half to lower that to the mid 50s

Yes very noticeable change in a bad way.
