I get it, ND is independent and has been for many years.
What I don’t get is why the P5 conferences allow them to participate in the elite club (CFP playoffs) without having to play 13 games.
Here you have a B1G school (tOSU), a Big12 (OU) and a SEC school (UGA or AL) potentially being left out of the CFP for ND that only plays 12 games. Everyone has something to lose but ND. It’s bullshit.
Why are the P5 conferences not stepping up and saying to ND, you want in...from now on you have to play 13 games against FBS opponents. Period end of story.
ND is stealing what 30 million from them if they get in?
Can you explain the structure of the CFP “alliance” and why they allow ND special treatment?
