The US did NOT give Iran $6B. That money was Iran's money held in South Korean banks. When the hostages arrived in the US, the money was deposited in a bank in Qatar and has not been touched yet. So, the fact that Qatar holds Iran’s money means as soon as they give money to Hamas, that is money freed up from the money Iran does control that they can use to fund Hezbollah and other terrorists. First of all we never held Iran's money, S. Korea did. Second of all when someone states that the US gave Iran $6 billion, it sounds like the US GAVE Iran $6 billion (of our money, not their own).
