I was sad to see that Zack didn't run a forty at the combine, but assume he will at OU's pro day. But I'm a big fan.
And I'd add that Rick Gosselin is likely the most competent pro football writer in Texas. For years, he worked the phones and the scouts and put together annually the best pre draft projections compared to how things actually went. His reliability is outstanding. He quit doing it a year or two ago, because it's so much work and so many others provide good info in the electronic journalism side. But Rick knows his stuff.
I'd rather Zack played for anybody but Jerrah Jones' team, just because I think they are headed to the tank. We'll see. But I'd be surprised if he lasts past the third round unless his forty is just too slow. He looked really good in the drills Monday. Great hands.

He was afraid that Tapper would have a faster time.
Dallas needs to use all 7 of their picks (assuming they have 7 still) on QBs and RBs and hope one of them pans out.

Actually the Boys are sitting with the the best pick spots they've had in years and also are sitting well w/ salary cap money this year too. Going into the 2016 draft & free agency, they're in pretty good shape. It'll be interesting to see how things roll out.
Terrific story on a terrific player. The writer definitely seems to know his stuff, which tells me no way Zack gets drafted by Jerry.
