NFL Should Create Minor League Football Franchises

1.) Extremely physically talented H.S. grads/drop outs could/would begin a financial career.
a.) Some lads are not mentally or emotionally, prepared for higher education.
b.) Some very able lads have no interest in continuing academic endeavors.

2.) MFL athletes would receive optimal football adeptness without time restraints/rules impeding fast-tract development. Rapid physical and mental refinement.

3.) Best MFL athletes (akin to Barry Sanders/Hershel Walker e.g.) could/would immediately be financially compensated according to ability. Lessor talented athletes would have no reason to be disgruntled.

4.) MOST IMPORTANT: College football programs would be for (4 year) scholar athletes only. 300 lb. linemen and exciting skilled athletes would STILL readily be available. Some would also go to the NFL, but most would be our future educators, lawyers, doctors, engineers, et al. Paying any college athlete WILL increase cheating in countless ways. All records going forward become meaningless.
