While going to pick up my grandson from football practice yesterday, I was listening to Dusty on the radio, streaming in the car. He was talking about some new law in Oklahoma outlawing 3.2 beer? Is that correct? He was saying they could only sell 6.0 beer, which is what we have here in Texas, actually it is 5.4 or 5.6 %. He was talking about there being a beer shortage because because they couldn't sell the 3.2 and would not have the 6.0+ or -. yet. Could someone educate me on this? It just seems strange. Why not just pass a law saying you can sell the 6.0 along with 3.2 if you chose to do so.
