Through 6 games Kyler Murray's passer rating was 227.8....completing 71% of his passes along with 21 Td's against 3 int. Today he was 19/24 (79%) with 4 Td's against 0 int. That bumps his season total to 73% passing completion with 25 td's against 3 int. He is well above Baker Mayfield's own record-setting campaign just last year, when #6 finished his Heisman season with a passer rating of 198.9. So... any idea where today's stats would put Murray's passer rating after 7 games?

Tua at 248 through the season. If this keeps up he will shatter Bakers record

Is there ANY chance Murray plays at OU next year or does his MLB contract prevent that from happening? I know he signed something like a $5 million bonus, but at the rate he's playing QB, he just might get a $100 million contract in the NFL. He sure looks the part, but maybe his height will prevent any serious looks by NFL teams?

He’s done. I wouldn’t want to pay back 4 mil + either.

He's not going to the NFL. He will sign at least 5 million in endorsement deals the day after, OU bowl game.

Kyler is much better than I thought he would be. I had seen him move the team down the field very efficiently in his first Spring game , but what he is doing now in full on competition is fantastic.

Would be cool to have back to back Heisman Winners but barring injury and a complete collapse by Bama I think Tua is a lock to win it.
I would take a Natty as a Consolation :D

Just now saw on CFN-Scout that Kyler Murray has a passer rating of 224.90 through 8 games while the same source says Tua Tagovailoa is at 238.85
