I think its about right and if OU is any higher than 8 I will be suprised. When you really evaluate the teams by resume though I would put OU above both Oregon and Utah but resume to me is just a single part of the evaluation. I think you also have to use a little bit of judgement about what you see on the field of play and Oregon and Utah certainly look like more of complete teams when you consider both sides of the ball.
To be honest though the top 3 have separated themselves at this point and could be put in any order. After that I believe you could put 12 more teams in a bucket and just place them in the order they are drawn from it. There is an awful lot of parity among the group of OU, Oregon, Utah, Penn State, Michigan, Georgia, Florida, Minnesota, Notre Dame, Alabama, Michigan and even Baylor and possibly you could add Wisconsin to this group. I really doubt the point spread between any of these teams would be more than 6 if they met on the field of play.
