If you want to stop the spam, just make it where a New Poster cannot start a thread until after they have made X amount of post, X amount of days or both

I think that after 20 consecutive threads promoting their shit, it's already pretty obvious. Might be too much work though. Traffic is the name of the game. Dang almighty it's gotten bad here recently.
It's way easier to just put them on ignore. If nobody replies, especially with complaints to the attention seekers, they'll go away. Eventually.
You could also prevent more than 1 new thread per 10 mins or even per hour. eitherway its why I cancelled my account a month or 2 ago, then resubscribed a couple days ago and not looking good at this point. Its sad a lot of the posters from this forum have some great insight.
Let's find out where they are coming from, go to their houses and kick them the balls...their spam will stop quickly
