Trust me young man (LR). If there ever becomes a time that your entire team cannot win games or perform at a higher level, rest assured that you would lose your job. There is absolutely no reason to bestow a longer leash to your defensive coordinator. A coordinator that happens to be the worst in OU history, or at least among them.
