Marquise Brown On Texas’s Last Kickoff

Does anyone know why he was not allowed to lay down in the end zone on that last kickoff? A team did that a couple of weeks ago and won the game. OU tries it and the player is removed from the game.

Has this been a rule or did they make a rule change after the other team did it?
