On a competing POD …. a question was raised “what kind of town is Lake Charles Louisiana ..??

Headed down now for the softball tournament..

I believe I can sum it up with an anecdotal story/comparison……

I served… back in the day with a Frogman (Scott Bepler) who played Linebacker for the Massilllon Ohio Tigers….

In Massillon ….. the Booster Club delivers a tiny Tiger Football to all new-born boys, while the girls receive a tiny set of Massillon Tigers Pom-Poms….

In Lake Charles (a refinery town)…… All new born baby boys receive a pack of Marlboro Reds….. while the baby girls are gifted their first pack of Marlboro Light 100’s ……

True story.
