Hopefully we can somehow get Zach Evans on campus, he's out of the Houston area, saw him play in the state game, he's a beast. Right now they have him either A&M or Texas. Seth McGowan is another solid running back that would look good in the backfield with McClellan.

I saw him on video clips...he could be special skilled player. Maybe a slot receiver should he come back into fold. McClellan definitely a REAL talent coming in next class.

I don't know, but you can't assume that the only person recruiting him was Cale Gundy just because he is a running back. The coaches figure out who recruits who based upon many different factors. Gundy recruited one of our 5 star receivers, while Boulware was the main man for the RB out of Cali. Obviously, this young man made a connection with one or more of the coaches that are gone, and they way I read it is that he just wants to step back a bit in order to establish a comfort level with the new guys. It doesn't matter what position you play, you're going to interact with all of them.

He is from Florida near Hollywood so it probably was Brown that talked up the Sooners. I am sure LR is on top of things.

I hope Viney is still around he's a good coach, and great recruiter that the kids seem to like. I'd like to see him get the cornerbacks job and move Manning to ILB, that would force Riley to do something with Diaco though. We still have one to many coach of the defensive side of the ball, so some changes are still coming, or have already been made and just mot announced it.

McLellan looks like the next superstar RB. He and Pledger are a powerful combo. For now, it is Sermon and Brooks (and Hurts) in the run game. I hope Sermon can get healed up from his ankle/foot problems.

Stoops and Kish were originally his recruiters -- though Rivals shows Boulware as the primary now. Rivals also has him listed as 71% lean to Florida St.
