I was trying to remember the other OLB/edge rusher besides Gumbs we took in SS17 and had to look him up because I couldn't remember the name. (which should sound alarm bells)
Losing Gumbs and now Redmond permanently have hurt us this year much more than I thought. We badly needed these guys to make an early impact once Obo left for the NFL and it just hasn't happened. This is the worst pass rushing group I can ever remember at OU so isn't it time to try something else?
Is Daley just not getting it done or developing the way we hoped? Is he healthy? You would think at this point they would be looking to anyone to make plays.
