Yeah, I too am wondering what's going on with OU basketball? Seems like we have some significant defections almost every season. Last year, McGusty started 17 games, this season was only 8. Naturally, his minutes were cut and I guess he felt he should have gotten more playing time during the season. This season, he only played regularly down the stretch, while OU was losing 12 of it's last 14 games. I'm sure he's quite frustrated

Seven years into Lon Kruger's leadership and we're a .500 program in one of, if not the toughest conferences in college basketball. I feel OU should be a much more competitive program and next season will be a make-or-break year for OU and Coach Kruger. I've not given up on him, but patience is wearing thin.

The team blew chunks the 2nd half of the season because they couldn't hit the broad side of a barn. Either Lon is terrible at coaching or we need better players. If it's the latter, then good, I hope they all transfer, but if it's the former, then we need to right the ship quick before OU becomes a nothing burger in basketball again.
