I noticed that Rivals has a lower amount of 4 and 5 star players so far. Last year there was around 360 4 & 5 star players. This year it is a little over 300.
Is Rivals intending to expand its number of 4 and 5 stars for 2016? Also, when does the next round of updated ranking do to come out? Do you expect Cobb to be a 4 star (especially since there was 36 4 and 5 star CBs last year and there is only 20 for this year and Cobb is # 23)?
