UPDATE THUR 5:54a: We can confirm Jalen has been cleared for contact. It was for reported by 247. With that said, moving forward there is still consideration for keeping Redmond's redshirt intact and even consideration for not playing him at all at this point. It's still early (in the contact process) and the coaches and trainers are monitoring his progress. As Redmond's workload continues to be more and more strenuous, he'll continued to be monitored for any potential issues (not expected to be any setbacks). But with a bye week, they'll see how it goes heading into TCU. We'd be surprised if he was back in a game situation that early though.

Fully aware of the Jalen Redmond report. I would be pretty surprised if they immediately run him back out there. That's my opinion. As we discussed on the podcast a few weeks ago, he has been dressing out at practice but with a yellow jersey on (non-full contact).
We'll be checking into this more. Didn't want to leave you all hanging without any comment from a mod.
