Is there another "Brown/Westbrook" in the Jucos or already on the team?

I know we have the big guys coming in and they are stars. Having Westbrook and now Brown, wow speed kills.

Is anyone on the roster capable of being that guy next year? If so, who is it?

I know we can look different (bigger receivers) and still be very effective, but wow their speed is fun to watch.
