It’s a weird feeling because I wanted TCU to be top 10, but I feel like if they won that game it would SLIGHTLY deminish what we did in Columbus last year. It’s such a huge recruiting tool to say we went there as a top 5 team in the biggest game in Columbus in years and win, handily.
If TCU was to win that game it would make that a little less “Big” even though ours was in Columbus, against Meyer, with a veteran team.
I know it’s good for the big 12 to look good, but I know for a fact if OU goes 13-0 they are WITHOUT QUESTION in the CFP. Now 12-1 May be a little closer but I still see us making it in over a 1 loss SEC non champ and a 1 loss Washington. I don’t see how Washington could win any big games to impress the committee to take them instead of us.
Am I crazy?
