These officials think they filled up the gym to watch them officiate. Lattin's contact on his four fouls barely amounted to enough contact on real skin to call one. He had all ball on the first three and the fourth tied the guy up. We can't play the same defense without him. Kinda funny that the ole Houston guard is claiming that they're calling em the same on both ends, when they're shooting double bonus before we get to the one and one. But I still think that 12-4 will win the conference.

The key to this whole deal today, is that Woodard can't hit the ocean from the pier. When they leave him wide open, he need to be able to make the three. For the last three games, he hasn't.

But the whistles are getting ridiculous.

This ain't over. But it's getting in the vicinity.

This game was a complete statistical anomaly. Three point percentages, Woodard not scoring, Lattin with no blocks, etc. Believe me, I could list many more. How many of our shots went half way down and came back out? Buddy had at least 2 or 3.

Poop happens. Learn what you can and move on. Two huge games this week. A pair of wins and we'll be in good shape for the home stretch. We're making the trip down from Springfield, MO for Big Monday. Our daughter's first OU game. Can't wait!

I don't remember seeing a single one of those officials before. I think they got them from a Wichita high school game a day earlier and showed them a diagram of how to officiate with a three man crew. And somebody slipped em a envelope with $1000 in it if they'd keep number 12 off the floor for at least 30 minutes.

But that is often how the officiating in the first round of the NCAA's works. So they better learn how to deal with it. But I think we also found out that without Lattin on the floor, we don't play very good defense.

I think it's better for our opponents to give us their best effort because that will have us better prepared for tourny time. We still need to win enough to hopefully get a one seed. I would love to OU in the final four. I would say I'd love to see OU win the nc but that goes without saying.

spangler is not playing very well. we like ou a lot. who can't appreciate buddy? but the team is missing a bullet or two, at least in manhattan saturday. the octagon is a tough visit for anyone.

afterwards, coach weber talked about how classy coach kruger is, that he hoped state could keep winning and help him win a championship. meaning - lon doesn't cheat and faux ku. emaw!
