The offense is not going to get us beat.
QB: We too Deep!!
RB: serviceable backs, not an elite backfield. Hicks has something that could be impactful by the end of the season.
WR: we have some straight up Dawgs, another deep unit
TE: serviceable nothing crazy but have some players
OL: pass offense looked great, run offense, I didn't see huge running lanes. This could of been an indictment of the sellout by the defense
DT: great run stopper, but pass offense was packing not a lot of penetration
DE: did not see any elite pass rusher, concerning
LB: we have some dudes, who have speed and were not out of place. In zone they missed a lot of opportunities not playing deep enough.
CB: man to man looked great in zone a lot of space that will be exposed in the BIG 12. I think we have the players and now we just need to understand space
Safety: we have some players, didn't get challenged in the middle very often.
Overall much improved on both sides and their were a lot of competitive plays made, mainly on offense. I'm concerned about the lack of pressure from the d-line , this could be our major challenge. I hope that we held back a lot of the blitz packages because I don't think our D-Line is going to create enough pressure by themselves.
