Info on Rodney Anderson?

Nick Bosa says hello. Tollboothmgr, I haven't heard anything but I appreciate the question. Maybe there is a poster out there with some insight, instead of a jack wagon response.

Why do you think anyone would know what he’s thinking or planning at this point?

Hoping there could be a friend or relative or insider who has an ear on the situation. maybe there isn't? but i'll say this IMHO we'd be undefeated and CRUISING if that guy weren't hurt. be nice to have him back.

He is an elite player with a big decision to make. Wish him the very best. He has truly been through a lot. He finally deserves some healthy stardom whether it is in a Sooners uniform next Sept. or on a pro team. DeMarco Murray is a guy who overcame many injuries, and I have no doubts at all that Rodney can do it too.

I was concentrating on what I thought was a rude response. And I pointed out a similar player, IMO, in Nick Bosa: highly regarded player, season ending injury, has eligibility left to play next year who recently decided he was leaving the team to prepare for the NFL draft.

Common sense just needs to be used to answer the question. It's October, he is still recovering and I doubt he even knows what he is going to do.

I would put the odds on Rodney returning to OU for another year is something like 1:99

I'm just saying that somebody MAY know something and if they did let's hear it. That's why we haunt this forum. :-] If not, no biggie. I getcha on the common sense aspect...sure it's just been a month or so....lot to work through for the guy. But IF there's a buzz on the street.....(and btw roy-g, i'd say you're probably right about the odds)

Then why not afford the poster some common courtesy instead of a question about the validity? Was Bosa not a relevant, similar example why the question is valid? Playing football in the future may not even be an option at this point; it was simply someone trying to see if they had heard anything.

Difference is bosa has not been injured throughout his career and bosa chose sit out after the injury instead of coming back which he could have. Anderson with a torn acl is out for the year and now has 3 season ending injuries to only 1 good year. Huge difference in my opinion.

The NFL teams that are interested in Anderson will have to know that Anderson is 100% healthy, which makes this entire situation a wait-and-see scenario.

Saw that he was rehabbing outside of OU training staff. So this could be a sign that he has played his last game as a Sooner sadly. I really do wish Rodney well as he moves towards the next level. He has a tough road ahead.
