Some major sports pundits have Gwen Yewers, from the Wronghorns, winning the Big 12 this year. That award is going to either Gabriel or Arnold. Next year, Arnold!

Texas is and probably should be the favorite to win the Big12 with what's happening with their program.
OU fate is anyone's guess with the team still in a transition stage at least through this year. And we won't know how good OU will be until the Texas game unless SMU, Tulsa or Cincinnati pulls an upset, which is unlikely.
If Gabriel has a season less than what he had last year, it really would have to be due to the lack of depth at WR and the fact that he may have to put more points up to compensate for a defense being rebuilt.
Gabriel's problem is not a lack of talent but he's simply on board a team reeling from lesser talent.... a problem that Mayfield, Murray, Hurts, Rattler and Williams did not have.

Depth at wide receiver has me worried. I'm still wondering who is going to break out from the pack!?!
